1. Delivery address and times.

Hanoi Flower Delivery (, professional flowers and gifts service in Vietnam, has more than 1200 chains and cooperative florists in Vietnam. Same-day delivery is available if place order before 2PM in Vietnam Time Zone, 3-6 hours can reach.
We offer 365 days service, and have professional customer service to guide you, professional people to wrap the flower! We also can choose the flowers and package as your request (DIY). For the product which we haven`t put on our site, we will try our best to contend your request by our big delivery system.

About delivery time:

In principle, we don't promise to send the product at a certain specific time, such as 10:23 (we promise to send the product in the morning or the afternoon on X day, or before X o'clock). If you have such special requirement, you can choose "in time deliver fee", we will send the flower at the time (+15minutes) as your request. But if we meet the inexorable reason to delay, such as traffic problem, can't contact with the recipient, we will not responsible for it.

Christmas, Spring Festival, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and so on, on such important festivals we only can guarantee delivery in the day.

You must complete all the address fields when entering your order, including the recipient phone number.

In most countries within 1-2 days delivery will be completed.

A morning delivery will be guaranteed only if the order was placed at least one day in advance.

2. Special occasions and local holidays

In general for special occasions the cut off times are adjusted to be at least 3 to 5 days earlier.

We will always accept your orders, and in most cases be able to process them on time.

However, we cannot guarantee last minute orders for special occasions, and we will make the delivery at the earliest possible date.

For special occasions we are unable to guarantee morning or afternoon delivery.

Please order at least 3 days in advance and in general, orders to be delivered for Mother’s Day (Sunday) are delivered the day before, (Saturday). For last minute orders we may deliver the following Monday or Tuesday.

3. Substitution policy

The goods depends on delivery area and weather condition. So colors or kinds of the flowers and the colors of basket, ribbon could be changed. In some cases, local florists may not have some items in stock and careful substitutions of equal or greater value will automatically be made. If the price of roses is highest price, than the quantity of flowers in the product photo is to be reduced.

4. Currency and Payment

Orders will always be charged in VND or USD. With a variety of payment systems, modern high security and we will bring greatest convenience to customers. 5. Hospitals, hotels and company deliveries

Orders to hospitals, hotels or company addresses are not guaranteed, but in most cases arrive as requested. Please indicate the name and telephone number of the hospital, hotel or company. In the case of hospitals we also need the recipient’s ward and room number.

6. Cancellation policy

In the case that you want to cancel an order, you will be given a full refund if you have given us a minimum of 5 days notice before the delivery date. If notice of cancelation arrives less than 5 days before the delivery date you will only be given a refund minus 10 USD. If notice is given less than 24 hours before the delivery date no refund will be given.

7. Change in order details

Only you can change by our E-Mail ( You can find order details via Delivery Confirm menu(or My account menu). Delivery Confirm (or My account) are supplied on every order. Change in order details are only guaranteed if made 3 days before the delivery date.

If you have given the wrong delivery information we cannot offer guaranteed delivery. In some cases we will be able to deliver to a new address free of charge, but this depends on the location of the new address and the expenses incurred by the local florist. In certain cases there may be extra charges.

8. Complaints

Any possible complaint should always be accompanied with your order number, sender information, recipient information and digital photos clearly showing the product and time of delivery. 

All complaints must be made as soon as possible after the delivery date, and up to a maximum of 15 days. This is very important to allow us to investigate the complaint correctly with the local florists. After this date complaints cannot be investigated.

9. Return Policy

We guarantee fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and quality gift items the recipient is sure to enjoy. If you or the person recieving your gift are not 100% satisfied, we will have your gift replaced or provide a full refund.
